I did lost key of car?
We will provide a new key, price for this service is 100 Eur for delivery new key + A Loss Of Key Fee applies in the amount of the price of the official car dealer.
Do I need to return car with full tank?
You will need to return car with same level that we did provide you, except you did Pre-purchase fuel and return empty option the You may return the vehicle with whatever fuel is left in it.
Is there limit for millage during my rental?
Unlimited kilometer/mileage is included in our rates., please note that this is subject to our fair usage policy. For rentals generally it is allowed 500 km per day. Eventual extra will be charged per price list (1,50 HRK/ 1 km). Standard monthly mileage is up to 4500 km
Can I keep the vehicle longer than I planned? 🕑
It is possible but for all reschedule please contact us here or phone to agree details.
Do I get money back if I do return vehicle earlier then I did book? 😕
We don't do return money for leaving car earlier than you did book. You can keep car until your booking period is done.
Car Replacement in case of a breakdown or accident
In case of the unfortunate event of an accident, your car will be replaced will another same or bigger size.
If I do Traffic Violations, Traffic fines and Administrative Sanctions?
Tickets and appended administrative sanctions resulting from any violation of the Croatia Traffic law during rental period, is solely the renter's responsibility. If any such administrative sanction is not disclosed to the company at the end of the rental period (contract), the violation will be charged to the renter.
Is there any charges for crossing borders on our way to Dubrovnik, Split on border Neum?
It is free!, Crossing border from Dubrovnik to Split or Split to Dubrovnik on Border Neum is free and we don't charge for crossing border.
Return of car procedure
Car need to be returned during the business hours or agreed time on confirmation voucher that will be provided to You via email. If You return the car outside of the return locations business hours You will be deemed to have returned the Vehicle and the rental charges will continue and You will continue to be liable for damages.
If the Renter is still not happy and wishes to make a formal complaint, all complaints can also be sent after rental was finished. Complaints must be put in writing to our Renter services team at firstname.lastname@example.org in the period of 30 days after the vehicle rental ends.
Does your cars have USB port?
YES Most of our cars have USB port. USB is an interesting type of connection because it is capable of simultaneously transmitting both data and power.
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
It is prohibited: To rent or to lend Vehicle to third persons. To overload the rented Vehicle with persons or goods over the maximum permitted. To drive the Vehicle outside the permitted countries of use without lessor's permission. To carry inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the Vehicle. What to do in case car accident?
In case of accident, vehicle damage, theft or loss or other similar circumstances the driver is obligated to: Immediately report such incident to the police. Report incident to Avax rent a car representative (phone or email). Record all participants in incident. If the renter fails to provide the report to our company then he is obliged to pay for repairing costs of any damage caused to the rental vehicle.
