Renter support

If the Renter is still not happy and wishes to make a formal complaint, all complaints can also be sent after rental was finished. Complaints must be put in writing to our Renter services team at in the period of 30 days after the vehicle rental ends. All the claims after that period will not be taken into consideration.
We will make investigation and you will receive an acknowledgement of your email within a few days and we endeavor to answer all Renter service queries within 14 days of receiving them. Sometimes we can experience delays, if we are dealing with third parties.
