How do I make a reservation? ✅

Making a reservation is very simple. There are several ways to do it. - Online: Visit our main page and use booking engine. Proceed the required steps and soon your reservation voucher will be sent to your e-mail box (max: 12 hours) usually 2min during working hours

Step 1: Select your pickup/return locations and dates/time

Step 2: Select car that you want to hire

Step 3:

Select insurance option You can choose online three possibilities: 1. START insurance, 2. MEDIUM insurance, 3. PREMIUM insurance. With START insurance we will block on your credit card the excess amount and that will be your maximum liability in our regards in case of scratches or damages. With MEDIUM insurance you partially protect yourself , but you are still liable for scratches or damages on wheels, undercarriage and glasses. With PREMIUM insurance you protect yourself for everything.

Do I need a credit card to rent a car? 💳 🤔

| No, There is no need to hold a credit card if you decide to pay the car rental cost upon arrival. We do allow renting a car without credit card with some special circumstances for smaller car group’s Mini, Economy and Intermediate, depending on pick up/return location and rental period. Please have a note that if you don't own credit card that you will need to select PREMIUM insurance + 60 Eur for no credit card fee. No Credit Card fee can be selected on step 4 of booking process.

__. Payment will be performed upon arrival at your Avax rent a car location on begging of your rental period, please find payment options:

Valid credit card: Mastercard or Visa
We do accept CASH, MasterCard, Visa for car rental payment.
Deposit for excess: We will pre-authorize {Depend on car category} € on your credit card when you collect your vehicle. This will be automatically released if there is no theft or damage during the rental period. If there is damage to the rental vehicle, you will be liable for up to the first {Depend on car category} € of costs and the standard vehicle insurance policy will cover the rest.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? 😕

Please inform us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel or change the reservation. Change or cancel your current reservation at any point prior to the rental. There are no charges incurred for re-booking and cancellations. Email us at: hi@support.avaxrent.com make a note that you want to cancel once we got your request we will provide you cancellation email notification.

Enter your Email and your Booking ID. Just click EDIT and make sure that you did selec cancel my reservation your reservation will be canceled.

Can I drive car outside Croatia? 🛣 🚙 🇭🇷

| Cross Border Rentals are allowed without additional charge to the following countries: Italy, Bosnia, Serbia and Montenegro if you book car more than 2 days otherwise 50 Eur fee will be charged if it is less then 3 days. Option can be selected under the extras, step 4 booking process. || For Macedonia, Albania & Kosovo fee applies, 80 Eur for rental period, option can be selected under the extras, step 4 booking process. || For Greece we do charge 100 Eur for total rental period and option can be selected on step 4.
