What do you require from me when I pick up the car?
When you pick up your car, you will need to:
Show a valid driving license.
Driver’s licenses printed with (Arabic, Chinese or Cyrillic letters) must be accompanied by an International * Driver's Permit all other driver's license will be accepted.
Show a valid passport or ID card.
Sign the Rental Agreement to accept the standard rental terms and conditions.
Perform payment
Note: best practice is to add rental agent's contact number to your phone list and message officer via WhatsApp a day before to schedule your pickup. You can find all numbers in confirmation email that you receive from us.
