What if I need to cancel my reservation? 😕
Please inform us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel or change the reservation.
Change or cancel your current reservation at any point prior to the rental.
There are no charges incurred for re-booking and cancellations.
Email us at: hi@support.avaxrent.com make a note that you want to cancel
once we got your request we will provide you cancellation email notification.
or you can do it via website:
Go to https://avaxrent.com/
Click on Modify reservation:
Enter your Email and your Booking ID.
Just click EDIT and make sure that you did selec cancel my reservation your reservation will be canceled.
you can always post message here on our helpdesk if you have problem with cancel action.
